Creative Tecknology , we believe a good corporate citizen must thoughtfully manage its environment, as well as the health and safety of its employees and customers. We’re proud to have supplied safe products for more than 15 years, and safety remains our #1 priority.
We continuously work to meet or exceed these standards. To ensure the safety of the toys we distribute, we monitor all recalls we are made aware of very closely and use prudent judgment regarding our choice of suppliers, who we require to meet applicable product safety regulations. In the rare event that a recall is issued on a product we distribute, a company-wide system is in place to immediately respond to the situation. We will inform our customers openly and promptly. We also encourage them to adopt safe and environmentally-friendly practices. Our representatives proactively monitor supplier operations around the world, routinely visiting factories to help make certain that they are complying with this policy.
